What is the warranty policy?
Within the scope of EU law, PowerShelter products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including structural components, electrical systems, and software. During the first six months, it is assumed that any defect already existed at the time of purchase.
Warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Normal wear and tear of components or finishes. 
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, or improper handling. 
- Incorrect, improper, or unauthorized installation, maintenance, modification, or repair by you or a third party. 
- Faults caused by external factors such as water damage, extreme weather, or power surges. 
- Damage resulting from the use of non-original or incompatible parts or accessories. 
- Failure to follow PowerShelter’s instructions, safety guidelines, or maintenance requirements. 
- Cosmetic imperfections or minor deviations within accepted manufacturing tolerances. 
- If the serial number has been removed, altered, or is illegible in any way. 
- Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use. 
Warranty claim procedure
In the event of a valid warranty claim, PowerShelter will, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective component with a new or equivalent part, or 
- Repair the defect free of charge within a reasonable time, or 
- Offer a price reduction or refund. 
Replaced parts become the property of PowerShelter. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Important notes
- The expected lifespan of PowerShelter charging stations is 10 years or more, provided they are used and maintained correctly, thanks to their durable metal construction and modular components. 
- If your product is used outside the country of purchase, please ensure it complies with local electrical and safety regulations. PowerShelter cannot be held liable for non-compliance with foreign standards or laws. 
If you believe you have a valid claim, please contact PowerShelter Customer Care as soon as possible. A proof of purchase is required to process your request.
