For standard models in stock, orders can typically be shipped from our distribution facility in the Netherlands within 1 week of confirmation. For customized or large orders, production and delivery usually take 6–10 weeks depending on specifications and destination. Your estimated delivery time will always be confirmed in your purchase order.

Delivery costs depend on the destination, order size, and transport method. As a guideline, shipping within Europe typically ranges from €200 to €500, while deliveries to other regions usually range between €500 and €1,500. Can I pick up my order

Yes, pickup is possible from our distribution site in the Netherlands. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the goods and coordinate collection details.

To what extent is the shelter assembled upon delivery?

Each PowerShelter unit is delivered fully assembled and factory-tested, ready for immediate installation. Only the electrical connection to the local power supply and anchoring need to be completed on site by a qualified installer. If an optional roof has been ordered, minor assembly will be required upon delivery.
