How do I return my order?

PowerShelter primarily sells to businesses (B2B). Returns are not accepted unless a product has been delivered incorrectly or shows a verified manufacturing defect. In such cases, contact support@powershelter.com within 7 days of delivery.
For individual consumers, returns are reviewed case by case in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

What is the return policy?

For business customers, returns and cancellations are not permitted once production or shipment has started, except in cases of confirmed defect or delivery error.
For consumer purchases, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned in suitable packaging.

How much does it cost to return items?

If a return is approved due to a verified defect or PowerShelter error, we cover the shipping costs. For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to send the locker for return shipment?

If a return is approved, PowerShelter will provide packaging and transport instructions. The product must be shipped in its original or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Can I exchange items?

Exchanges are not possible for custom-built products. For standard stock models, exchanges may be arranged if stock is available and the request is made prior to shipment.

When will I get my refund after I return my order?

Once the product has been received, inspected, and approved for return, refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
