How can I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting our sales team at sales@powershelter.com or by submitting a request through our website. We’ll follow up with a quotation and purchase order for review and signature before confirming production.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what now?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at sales@powershelter.com and we’ll verify your order status right away.

How do I order spare parts?

Spare parts can be ordered directly through our support team. Email support@powershelter.com with your product model and serial number, and we’ll provide pricing and availability.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries in Europe, the UK, North America, the Middle East and Australia. For other regions, please contact our sales team to confirm shipping options and local regulations.

Is it possible to lease a locker?

Yes. We offer leasing options for select PowerShelter models, including maintenance and service plans. Contact our team for details and eligibility in your region.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept bank transfers (EUR, GBP, USD), with payment terms specified in your purchase order. Alternative arrangements may be available for long-term clients or distributors.
