Brand Guidelines
Everything the team needs to represent PowerShelter consistently — our logo, colors, typography, tone of voice and ready‑to‑use assets for marketing and digital work.
01 — LOGO
Our logo
The PowerShelter mark is our primary identifier. Use the dark version on light backgrounds and the light version on dark backgrounds. Never stretch, recolor, rotate or add effects to the mark.
Primary — dark mark on light surfaces
Inverted — light mark on dark surfaces
Clear space
Keep a margin around the logo equal to the height of the letter “P” on all sides. Nothing should sit inside this area.
Minimum size
Never reproduce the wordmark smaller than 120 px wide on screen or 30 mm in print to keep it legible.
Don’ts
No outlines, shadows, gradients or off‑brand colors. Don’t place the logo on busy photos without a solid overlay.
02 — COLORS
Color palette
Our palette is warm and restrained: deep espresso neutrals, soft off‑white surfaces and a single yellow accent used sparingly for highlights and calls to action.

How to use color
Roughly 60% Cream surfaces, 30% Espresso for text, dark blocks and primary buttons, and no more than 10% Accent Yellow — reserved for announcements, highlights and key numbers. Always check text contrast: Espresso on Cream or Cream on Espresso, never yellow text on light surfaces.
03 — TYPOGRAPHY
Typography
Two typefaces do all the work. Freeman gives headlines a bold, industrial voice; Inter keeps body copy, labels and interfaces clear and neutral.
Aa
Freeman — Headlines
Regular 400 only. Use for page titles, section headings, key statistics and campaign headlines. Keep line height tight (1.0–1.1) and avoid all caps for long phrases.
Aa
Inter — Body & UI
Medium 500 for body copy, Semibold 600 for labels, buttons and captions. Use Espresso for primary text and Neutral 600 for supporting copy.
H1 — Safe charging for every fleet
H3 — Section heading
H5 — Card title
Body — PowerShelter lockers charge, store and swap e‑bike batteries safely, protecting buildings from fire risk and keeping delivery fleets moving around the clock.
CAPTION — TRUSTED ACROSS 11 COUNTRIES
04 — TONE OF VOICE
How we sound
We talk like engineers who care about people: direct, confident and practical. Safety is serious, so we never hype — we explain.
Clear, not clever
Short sentences, plain words, concrete numbers. Say “charges 12 batteries at once”, not “next‑gen charging solution”.
Confident, not loud
Lead with proof — certifications, deployments, partners. Avoid exclamation marks and superlatives like “revolutionary”.
Human, not corporate
Write “we” and “you”. Talk about couriers, building managers and residents — the people our lockers protect.
Naming conventions
Always write PowerShelter as one word with a capital P and S. Product names are also one word: SmartShelter, CoreShelter, HomeShelter and SmartSwapping. Use “e‑bike” with a hyphen, and “battery locker” rather than “cabinet” or “box”.
