Can I install the shelter myself?

Yes, installation can be completed by a qualified electrician or facility technician following our provided installation guide. The shelters arrive fully assembled; only power connection and anchoring are required on site.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes. PowerShelter offers professional installation through our network of qualified partners in Europe and other key regions. Installation includes anchoring, electrical connection, and system testing. Please contact us to see if you are eligible.

How do I add a SmartModule?

Each SmartModule connects directly to the main SmartShelter using a dedicated power and communication cable supplied with the unit.

• Power is distributed from the GFCI-protected circuits inside the main SmartShelter — no new breakers are required.

• The communication cable connects the SmartModule’s control board to the SmartShelter’s upper control panel, enabling software integration and load management.
  This design allows up to two SmartModules (16 additional compartments) to be added safely without additional electrical installation. Detailed instructions and diagrams are included in the installation guide.

How long does installation take?

If power and network connections are prepared, installation typically takes 1–2 hours. For new sites or multi-unit installations, allow half a working day for positioning, wiring, and testing.

Do you provide installation documentation?

Yes. Every order includes a comprehensive installation and maintenance guide with wiring diagrams, breaker settings, anchoring dimensions, and safety instructions for both SmartShelter and CoreShelter models.

What does “small assembly required” mean?

All shelters are fully assembled before delivery. Minor assembly is only required for optional components such as the roof (awning) or side sealing plates, which attach easily using the supplied tools and hardware.
